2013 in review

I was sick on New Year’s Day and am just now getting to sharing this post.  I wanted to thank you for reading this blog last year.  I think it was Terry Heaton who said his blog wasn’t really for anyone else, it was a place for him to collect and organize his thoughts.  Same for me.  The fact that you would donate some of your valuable time honors me.  Thank you.

Also, it didn’t get past me that the top 5 posts this past year were written by the great Nate Johnson.  Nate is a leading thinker in our little corner of the world, and we are better for his contributions.  Thank you, Nate.

Onward to 2014!

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 40,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 15 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
